The first time she appeared on TV was at the age of two, as a kid on The Don Mahoney Trooper Show. With her mom with ten years worth of singing and dancing lessons under her belt, went to LA for a whole year in the age group of thirteen to find out if she would be capable of making a living from show business. Her first gig as a professional dancer in only two months: Danny Kaye's The Danny Kaye Show. "I've made use of my dance and singing training in so many ways," she says. It's a great way to train actors." O'Toole's acting debut was My Three Sons. This was then followed with Gunsmoke. The Mod Squad. And Hawaii Five-O. O'Toole is a regular on more than forty television shows. Despite her popularity in films and TV she is a theater enthusiast. After her run of six years on Smallville was over, she made the decision to pursue theater as her primary focus, and has done so for the last ten years. Since moving in New York, she had her first performance in The Sea Gull. The actress has been featured in several Off-Broadway plays, including Adam Rapp's Kindness and Tracy Letts' Man from Nebraska.
